Kalmar West Africa has arranged its service network in such a way that assistance can be provided rapidly anywhere in West Africa.
Kalmar West Africa has a dedicated team of Service specialists available to assist our customers with service or warranty issues should they arise.
This could be something as simple as a telephone call or an issue that requires a visit to the customers in order to analyse the situation locally.
Furthermore they continuously monitor the quality of the products supplied in order to maximize truck utilization.
Additionally, Kalmar West Africa, working alongside Kalmar Industries and Nissan Forklift Europe, advises and supports you in establishing regular maintenance schedules, effective repair procedures, services and maintenance contracts and the training of service engineers and operators.
Supported by Extensive Parts Centres in Sweden, France and The Netherlands, in addition to Kalmar West Africa Offices, servicing parts are available more or less immediately to minimize machine downtime. Our parts are all Genuine manufacturers parts or oem where applicable.
We can also offer our customers, should they need, spares parts for other brands, please contact us with your requirements.
